What is Wallet?

Wallets are used to send, receive, store, and display digital assets such as Ethereum and NFTs.

Instead of creating new accounts and passwords on every website, simply connect your wallet.

How to Create a Wallet

  1. Choose a Wallet App:

    Download any Web 3 wallet you want, such as Trust Wallet, MetaMask, or Rainbow from your app store.

  2. Install the Wallet App:

    Download and install the wallet app or browser extension from the provider’s official website.

  3. Create a New Wallet:

    Open the wallet app and select the option to create a new wallet.

  4. Set a Strong Password:

    Create a secure password to protect your wallet. This is important for your account security.

  5. Backup Your Seed Phrase:

    The app will generate a 12- or 24-word seed phrase. Write it down and store it in a safe place. Do not share this phrase with anyone, as it’s required to recover your wallet if you lose access.

  6. Use WalletConnect for dApps:

    Once your wallet is set up, you can use WalletConnect to link it with supported decentralized apps (dApps). Simply scan the QR code provided by the dApp or follow in-app connection instructions.
